I’m excited to be on this journey with you. The journey to a healthier and whole you. I believe fitness is such a great component in helping you with reaching your goals whether to help you be more disciplined or helping you to be more consistent in your everyday life.
I’m the type of trainer who wants to make sure you develop healthier habits that will last way beyond the workouts. Helping you create a healthy lifestyle is my goal for you. Eating healthier, getting enough sleep, enjoying your workouts no matter how challenging they may be is all apart of it. The most important and integral part is training your mind and that is what we do with what I call taking baby steps. Baby steps make the biggest imprints because in order to walk or run we have to crawl. I help you through the process of taking those baby steps that will challenge you to finally be where you would like to be mentally, physically, and spiritually.

It was the end of that school year, my mom started working with Ms Tunisia. One day when I walked into the garage, they were working out outside as I came in. Immediately, it sparked my interest, and the next week I had started my first training classes. The first couple of weeks were hard, but Ms Tunisia has a great support type of personality. I have encountered many struggles (Fibroids, PCOS, Stress on all levels, etc.) throughout my fitness journey and Tunisia has always been patient, understanding, and flexible. If I encounter a challenge, she easily knew when to slow down, stop, or speed up my process. She is not only worried about my physical appearance but also my mental and emotional state. Some trainers are more concerned about weight loss, but Tunisia is more about the complete package (physical, mental, and spiritual). I love the fact that she is not only about earning a paycheck, but she is willing to invest in her clients. Some days, I just need to talk, and she would do just that, Talk! Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
